Role : Linux Admin Location : Mexico City Greetings from TCS!

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT operations to include: 5 years’ Linux administration experience supporting enterprise environments Hands-on experience with management tools such as SaltStack, Ansible, etc.

Solid understanding of LVM, filesystem types, and partitioning. Solid understanding of the Linux OS (RHEL 7+/CentOS 7+/Ubuntu 18.04+) and its components (kernel, system, libraries, job scheduling, and package management)

Extensive experience with OS patching and patching tools (RPM, YUM, repos) Experience with PXE booting Linux-based OS installs (ex. kickstart, Cobbler, FAI, etc.)

Design, implement, and manage Linux systems Manage operating system security in accordance with industry best practices and company policy Plan hardware capacity based on the scope, use, and projected growth

Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education
