8+ years of overall operational experience 5+ years of AWS/Azure experience 3+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model 2+ years DevOps/scripting/APIs experience

Solid understanding of cloud computing, networking, and storage principles with focus on AWS. Solid scripting and automation experience. Cloud administration, OS/server administration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.

Great written and oral communication skills

BS/BA in Information Technology degree or equivalent experience
