Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer. Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved. Salary: Up to €80,000

Strong knowledge of Windows and at least one of these OS: Linux, Mac and Android. Required programming knowledge with at least one of: JAVA,.NET or C / C++. Computer networking knowledge is required.

Habilidades

Ability in troubleshooting programming, network, configuration, database and OS issues required.

Actividades

Involved in any additional follow up: troubleshooting, replicating problems, testing patches and escalation to other teams, such as, R&D, Product management, Operations.
