Location: Mexico City English Level: Advanced Years Of Experience: 6+

Must have 1-3 years of Hands-on experience with cloud Operations - AWS/Azure Cloud Experience with Terraform for Cloud resource administration.

Familiarity with ITSM/PM/Dev Tools – ServiceNow, JIRA, Bitbucket. Basic understanding of identity and access management (user accounts, permission models, access control). Sound understanding of Cloud Tagging standards and managements

Preferred at least one (1) cloud certification – AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, Azure (AZ-104 or AZ-303) Ability to analyze and troubleshoot cloud related issues in an efficient and timely manner

Collaborate with Cloud Vendors and Application Teams for Service health issues and resource recovery Identify, categorize and respond to Network, Security & Compute system events.

BS or equivalent
