We seek an experienced Optimization Engineer with expertise in Gurobi, CPLEX, or other optimization engines to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and a proven track record of formulating and coding, scheduling, assignments, and other optimization problems.

At least 3 years of experience in optimization modeling and algorithm development using Gurobi, CPLEX, or other optimization engines.

Data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Pandas, or R. Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python – must, C++, Java, R, or similar). Strong knowledge of linear programming, integer programming, and mixed-integer programming

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions to complex problems.

Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to support optimization model development. Validate optimization models and solutions using historical data, simulation, or heuristic methods.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
