Genesys PureCloud - Sr. Telecom Engineer — Home Office

Under general management, responsible for all administrative, operational, and technical aspects of the Genesys PureCloud telephone and data communication systems within the assigned location. Responsible for customer service, including – service delivery and communication.

7 – 10 years of hands-on Genesys telephony experience. Hands on working experience with Genesys Components – specifically IC Server, Media Server, I3 Edge Gateways. SIP Proxy experience is a plus. Handler’s experience is a plus.

Thorough working knowledge of Networking and Networking protocols. Network certifications. Thorough working knowledge of Windows Servers and the day/day maintenance and patching. ntermediate SQL experience.

Genesys PureCloud certifications are a must – at a minimum must have three current certifications. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

Provide day/day support on all telephony system administration – Tasks and Incidents via SNOW Ticketing system. Performs and keeps up to date on all IT Security requirements.
