Coordinates efforts for multiple applications across the enterprise to introduce and implement applications and infrastructure changes of moderate scope and complexity into the production environment based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.

2-5 years of related experience in IT Release Management. Application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems including network concepts and protocols.

Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology and principles. IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles, standards, and best practices (risk management, governance, information security controls, etc.).

Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Project coordination, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail. Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Maintains source code management and version control software. Maintains documentation (software build and release procedures, notifications lists, dependencies, etc.) and recommends continuous improvements for the release process.
